Fees and Insurance
When you arrive for your first visit, you will complete a self-assessment form. You will then meet with the doctor for an initial consultation. There is no charge for this initial consultation.
If you then move forward with treatment, your first treatment is $165 and all subsequent treatments are $100 for acupuncture only. Cupping can be added as an additional service as well as electrical stimulation for the needles.
As far as insurance coverage for acupuncture, you should check with your carrier to see if they will reimburse you for your acupuncture treatments. Our office will provide you with the various codes and your invoice so that you may file with your particular carrier for reimbursement.
Attention!! Some plans that did not cover acupuncture in the past now provide coverage so make sure to call your insurance company to see if your particular plan covers acupuncture services.
